Last weekend i balik JB dan macam biasalah kalau dah kat JB sure terasa nak makan foods yang sedap-sedap kan..itupun tak sempat jugak nak makan mee rebus, lontong kering, rojak asmah,kacang phool dan macam-macam lagi ler....yang rasanya tak ada kat KL ni..klu ada pun memang tak sedap heheheh....

Last weekend 1-3 August,2008 i & rombongan office kena pegi ker Gua Musang untuk Program Kemasyarakatan Orang Asli di Gua Musang. But the best part kat sana is Nenggiri Gua Musang Water Rafting uwaaaaaaaaaaaaa bila dengar takmo pegi tapi bila dah merasai experience berakit selama 6 jam nak sampai ker Pos Pulat tu memang besttt....even letih yang amat sangat tapi we all enjoysssssss the water rafting tu. Yang paling best skali masa nak gi Gua Cha tukan kami yang menaiki 4WD diiringi polis dan juga helikopter wahhhh terasa mcm orang penting jer hehehhehehe...
